1. Introduction
Welcome to Dragon Radar. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimal information needed to process your orders and deliver the Dragon Radar experience. This includes basic details such as your email address, name, and shipping address when you purchase a kit. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to process transactions, fulfill your orders, and provide customer support. We also send related order confirmation and shipping emails via our email provider, SendGrid.
4. Bluetooth & Permissions
The Dragon Radar mobile app requires Bluetooth to connect and interact with the physical Dragon Balls (BLE beacons) included in your kit. While your device may prompt you for "Location" permissions to enable Bluetooth scanning, we do not track, collect, or store your GPS location or movement history. The permission is exclusively used for BLE functionality as required by your device's operating system.
5. Camera & AR Usage
Our mobile app uses your device's Camera to provide an Augmented Reality (AR) experience. The camera feed is processed locally on your device to display the AR dragon. We do not record, store, or transmit your camera feed or images to our servers.
6. Payments
All payments on our website are securely handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect, process, or store any of your credit card details or payment information on our servers.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments and SendGrid for emails) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing our services.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can contact us at any time to exercise these rights.
