Frequently Asked Questions
Activation
Open the app, go to Settings and tap "Activate Kit". Take the card from your kit and scan the QR code or manually input the alphanumeric code.
Double check the letters and numbers for typos or case-sensitivity. If the issue remains, email support with your order number and the code you are trying to use.
Beacons & Bluetooth
Ensure you are relatively close to them. The spheres transmit a Bluetooth signal, and heavy physical obstacles or metals can reduce range. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
Yes. The Dragon Radar relies on BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology to talk to the spheres in your kit. Without Bluetooth enabled, the app won't be able to detect them.
AR Experience
Make sure you have granted the camera permissions to the app. Also, you need a well-lit environment because your phone's camera needs to track the real world surfaces.
